On Sunday the Redbacks donned their favourite BBQ attire and utensils and took to the hot grill of Bunnings Mascot to serve hot snags and cold drinks to the hungry and thirsty public!
Unfortunately on this occasion, the Redbacks had to contend with high winds (that of natural causes and not that from the Redbacks behinds), roadworks and school holidays so the public wasn’t as hungry when compared with previous sizzles, nevertheless, the Redbacks still made a total profit of $614.75 with approximately 500 snags and 200 drinks being sold!
Thanks again to all those that helped with not only supplying goods, sizzling and selling but those keeping the gazebo in place too! The next sizzle will be held later this year so watch this space!
